TELL US HOW WE'RE DOING

We listened to the results of the 2008 PRC Medical Staff Perception Study concerning Radiology Services, and we have tried to address all raised concerns.
Specifically, we have incorporated greater radiologist subspecialization into our workflow and developed a formal mechanism for second opinions and overreads to enhance the quality of our interpretations. We have made promptly answering incoming calls to the department (847.618.5850) a priority and have increased the staffing and experience at Central Scheduling (847.618.3700), these efforts hopefully leading to shorter phone wait times and increased efficiency when ordering examinations.
We're now asking for your feedback on the effects of these changes as well as your opinions of some new ideas we have to improve upon the services we provide. Completing this anonymous survey should take only a few minutes. As one of our goals is to save you time in the future, we'd really appreciate a few moments of it now. Thank you in advance for your help!
